What we collect

Order details (game, ranks, options), contact details (email, optional Discord), payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers), and — for piloted services only — game credentials, stored encrypted and deleted after order completion.

How we use it

To deliver and support your order, send progress and transactional emails, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Who can see it

Your assigned booster sees only what's needed to complete the order. Payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and dispute purposes; game credentials are deleted on completion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@divineboosting.com.

Cookies

We use only functional storage (your cart and order reference, kept in your own browser). No advertising cookies are set.
